During his tenure at some of Istanbul's most prestigious public relations agencies, he provided strategic consultancy services to globally recognized brands including ING Bank, Luxottica, and Virgin Megastore. In the tourism and hospitality sector, he successfully led global communication strategies for industry leaders such as Rixos Hotels, Paloma Hotels, and Pronto Tour, managing international brand launches across a wide geographical region—from Dubai to Davos, Switzerland.

Alongside his extensive expertise in executive communications, media relations, and corporate brand management, Mustafa possesses a strong understanding of the finance and technology sectors. His passion for both contemporary and traditional living spaces naturally led him to the real estate industry. In addition to his fluent English, he is also proficient in German and French, enabling him to communicate effectively with clients from diverse international backgrounds.
